When playing the didgeridoo reduces sleep apnea, with Simon Gaudier

Meeting Simon Gaudier, doctor and didgeridoo player

Simon Gaudier is a young doctor but also a passionate didgeridoo player.

In September 2018, in Lille, he received the jury’s congratulations for his thesis on the didgeridoo and sleep apnea syndrome. In this episode, I was able to ask him all my questions about the still little-known subject of the didgeridoo and sleep apnea. He tells us what the scientific world knows about the effects of the didgeridoo on sleep apnea syndrome, and also about his own research. An episode for all the curious minds wondering what the didgeridoo can bring to the world of health!
